Saggy Butt from Hell!!!!!! - Aventura, FL
ORIGINAL POST
This was my second BBL but my first with Dr....
This was my second BBL but my first with Dr. Salama. I was not happy at all with my results from my first one. I went with Dr. Salama this time because he did my best friends BBL last year and she looked amazing. I also want to say that the "Cell Savor " is the best choice I could have ever made. I had my doubts at first thinking this was an unnecessary expense that I didn't need. I will say to anyone thinking about getting the BBL or any other procedure that the Cell Savor is a hands down must do!!!!! I truly believe that the "Cell Savor " had everything to do with me up walking around the same evening of my surgery. I could also tell the difference in my pain as well as nausea. I had such an easier experience this round and I really owe to the Dr. I love the shape that he gave me and he fixed my saggy butt. Thanks Dr.Salama, I'll see you again for my tummy tuck.

Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you're happy with your results. Looking forward to seeing you for your tummy tuck. Please keep us posted with your progress and happy healing!
I love your work and calling Monday to schedule an apt for bbl!!!
Please keep us posted on your recovery! What is the cell saver?
It's a machine that he has set up in his office. When you're on the table you bleed out a lot. The cell saver takes your blood cleans it and put it back into your body while you're having surgery. This was my second BBL. But my first BBL what Dr. Salama. My first BBL I was man down for two months. It took over my body as far as pain. With this cell saver that I did with Dr. Salama on my second BBL, I was up the next day cooking walking my body doesn't hurt as bad as what I did. I can tolerate the pain. I really believe that I owe that to the cell saver and helps your healing process.
Interesting, thanks for explaining.
Do you know if Dr Fisher has the cell saver machine?
I don't know for sure but I think I've seen some talk in the community about him offering it, your best bet would be to call his office to find out.
I will be one month post op on 2nd October. I honestly have to tell you that I am back to normal. I feel great I'm up moving around there's no pain there is no discomfort I honestly can tell you that less than a month after my surgery I feel like I have fully recovered. No I do get some swelling in my legs. But I have massages scheduled twice a week faithfully. It takes care of the swelling. I really think I owe it all to the cell saver. I'm not trying to promote something that I don't know about but this it was my second BBL. This recovery was nothing like my first one. I was man down for about two months.
What is the cell saver? Is it a device or something?

Hi I'm going to dr salama in December just wanted to know does he really give you that big booty I'm worried about some bad reviews with burns etc
Yes, my best friend had zero booty and has a big round one now. I was scared too but he's great. Your allowed a total of four liters taking out of fat. I had almost 2 liters put in both butt cheeks. I love my results so far.
