Ok. You can cut the garment at the butt area to give it some space. The garment is supposed to be tight because that's what's going to help with the swelling. My compression sleeves were killing me at first because i was so swollen, but now that the swelling has gone down, it's more comfortable. And FYI there is NO WAY TO GO POOP without removing the garment. NO WAY! LOL. I tried and failed. You have to take it off. I would use that as my opportunity to bathe and to wash my garment. I would wash the garment and just go into my stage 1 until it dried. Then i would squeeze back into the stage 2. You could have called Elite and they would have given you another garment if you felt the one they gave you was the wrong size. At surgery I went in as a Large. The garment I wore after surgery was a 3XL! That how swollen I was. I am down to a Large which is the size I ordered my second stage 2 garment. These are expensive doll so you want to make sure you order the right size. But I heard spanx is good to. As long as you have compression to help with the swelling and prevent seroma.

Tiffany I wish you speedy recovery... Pls be careful with the meds and make sure you have something in our stomach before you eat them.. Narcs can make you whoozie.. I'm scheduled for my TT and Thigh lift for 3/16/15 and my BBL in August 2015. I can't wait.. Pls post pics so we can see your progression.. Before and after.. Wishing you to get well real soon. The poop. Well it wasn't the meds, it was the act. It really does take the wind out of you I had to lay down for 15 mins after because I was so loopy. As for the garment getting up in your butt, Take a piece of lipo foam, cut it and place it in the area of the garment's thong, that will keep it from going all the way in your butt and cutting you up. About the swelling, that happened to me to babe. Just drink your gatorade and lots of pineapple juice. PLEASE! Do drink the pineapple juice. It saved my life. Your body will start to pee up a storm as it gets rid of all that water under your skin. I bought a second garment at "fajascolombianas.com". They have a variety. Take your measurements carefully tho. I would really hold off on buying another garment until your swelling goes down because you will be a totally different size once it does. I promise it will get better. There were days I cried i felt so yucky. But force yourself to eat small meals (healthy, low sodium) and walk and stay upright as much as you can. For the sitting, I would recommend the BBL pillow by PilaPort creations. I love it. It allows me to drive and to SIT without hurting my judy the sitting is on my thighs, If you are on a budget, some gals are using the yoga mat and the boppy pillow. For sleep, i used three pillows positioned from my head to my hips to elevate me and keep my upper back and hips aligned. It helped somewhat especially when it was time to lift myself up from the bed, but also it kept my body aches down. Best of all tho, take your pain meds on schedule. I took mine till I got home at 13 days post op then I changed over to tylenol PM. Don't be a hero. Comfort is your best friend while you're healing. Take good Care Doll!
