Hi real self beauties!
I wanted to update everyone on how I've been doing as far as my recovery goes.
I am still wearing the garment AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE... It is my best friend at this point. I have made the mistake of taking it off for a couple hours and could see the difference in my abdomen. So for now I wear my tightest garmet (I got it taken in by a seamstress twice) during the day and at the gym and wear my looser one (also taken in twice) at night while I sleep.
I have returned back to work and can sit normally now. My life is almost completely back to normal and my body feels about 75% my own. I feel some numbness still in my back and sides. And minor discomfort if i sit in a very hard surface (which I try to avoid anyway). I've maintained around 40-41 inches around my hips for about 2 weeks now. My butt looks very natural and is perfect for my body I feel.
I cannot stress enough the importance of the massages. I tried out 3 difference massage therapist until I found the right one. I drove an hour twice a week for this lady. I called countless plastic surgeons offices and finally found Isabelle at dr. alkons office in linden, NJ. ( for anyone in the tri state area) she is amazing. I had a lot of scar tissue all over when I get to her and now I have NOTHING. The power of the massages is unreal.
I am so in love with my results. I could not be happier with the work dr Salama has done on my body. I am still maintaining a healthy life style with a good diet and going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I feel absolutely amazing. I am so happy that I went through with this surgery and would recommend it to anyone. The recovery was really not bad for me at all.
I just noticed I do not have any pictures of my Salama booty so I will try to take some and update again!

More pictures and massage today
I got my 3rd massage today in New Jersey. Dr.Salama's office uses more of a deep tissue lymphatic drainage massage technique and the one I received was I guess considered the 'norm' as far as lymphatic drainage massages go (more gentle and activating the lymph nodes all over not just in abdomen and back). The masseuse informed me that Florida and DR surgeons have a different take on what is effective. Anyway, I spent (with tip) 97$ on one 50 minute lymphatic drainage massage. So I want to do it right if i'm going to spend that plus another 10 massages. I've done so much research on this and it suggests that post surgical lymphatic drainage massages should NOT be deep tissue. However, after speaking with Dr. Salama and trusting him he prefers a more deep tissue technique so I am still on the hunt for a masseuse. If you are in the NJ or NYC area and have a great deep tissue lymphatic drainage masseuse, please please please leave a comment below because I cannot seem to find one.
I did get to take some pictures of my beloved salama booty though. (including my horrid before photos)

Believe me I understand that feeling of anxiety and nerves. Looking back that was the hardest part about my experience. Your surgery will go great and you are in the best hands possible if you're going with Dr. Salama, he is AMAZING!

I can't wait to make it over to booty world. Lol
