Dr. Salerma lets you know before hand realistic expectations. He knows his craft. He is responsive to concerns promptly when they arise. I would only recommend orderly follow up expectations, such as how often to expect to follow up with the Dr for example
once a month for three months I kinda of did not know the procedure after the first three weeks follow up it is too early to tell how pleased I will be with the overall results however so far it seems to looks good a lot of swelling. I am confident. I would recommend Dr Salerma highly

Vaginaplasty not satisfied

Had a vaginaplasty and perinoplasty over 7 weeks ago almost 8 weeks I told my dr I wanted a one one and a half he said it would be a tight two the first night was tight the second time still tight the third time I was moist more so than the third time and last night it was right back to normal last night I was very wet but I get like that sometime really really really wet my partner says I wasted my money I didn't believe I needed the surgery and now it's like it was originally just a little tighter when I m not that wet I was trying to figure out what happened last night I woke up this morning and noticed my period started could that be it? I told the Dr I wanted a one or one and that have made a difference? I need a revision would that make a difference?
