It's been awhile! 3 month Review
Hello All! It has been awhile since I have been on RealSelf. I am doing great and getting better every week. I feel like I have past another milestone....Normalcy! It almost feels normal now, but I still get reminded by the swelling! I don't have any pain, drainage, or healing spots. It is more like a discomfort at times and plenty of itching! My swelling is better but not completely gone, more on my right than left, so when I look at the pics I look warped! But just looking down and at myself I love it! I've only been to the gym once with my hubby and I just walked on the treadmill. I am going to slowly move into all that, not that serious to me now because I'm LOVINGME73! I am updating a few new pics that I have taken since my birthday pics. Hope everyone is healing and feeling Great!
Birthday! 6 weeks 4 days
Hope everyone is well! I'm doing really good now. No pain pills lately swelling slowly but surely going down. Draining of fluid is also slowing to minimum. Just happy to feel somewhat normal! I'm offing out as much as I can today. I'm still down 17 lbs since surgery but I haven't been exercising at all. I'm going to start some light walking this upcoming week, as much as I can stand. Taking is slow no need to rush back to gym. Woohoo! Turning 40 three years in a row feels great! :-)
