I decided to have breast implants years ago. When I was ready for the procedure I went to Dr. Frank Agullo at Southwest Plastic Surgery for my consultation. When my husband and I walked into the office, I smiled from ear to ear. Everything was pink! Music played. The office manager was lovely. She knew my name just by my voice from the phone and welcomed me. I filled out my paperwork on a brand new iPad tablet that she handed me. I was called back on time. Frank was the best. I told him..."big"....he knew exactly what I wanted. My breast look so natural but I have went from a 32A to a 32DD. It can be done! They are the newest model silicone implants. The surgery went great! I was comfortable and warm. They put blankets on me and a heater so I could fall asleep. I watched my surgery on video later that day. Frank uses a funnel to insert the implant. This is very benefitial. The incision does not stretch out. There are no airborne contaminants touching your implant. Hands do not touch your implant. After the surgery everyone took great care of me. The vitamins and medicines were plentiful. The lotion and scar cream is awesome. The bras are comfortable. My boobs look amazing. It's been almost 2 months and the swelling is completely gone. They are soft and beautiful. I would only recommend southwest plastic surgery. Frank is a wonderful person. He truly cares.
