I am in love with my new breasts. I interviewed three surgeons and liked them all. I chose dr agullo because he could do the surgery at a convenient time. I was a 36B but couldn't really fill the bra. I wanted a more natural look. I started by comparing silicone unders 350 ml vs 450 ml. I read so much about women regretting going too small so I kept increasing the size. I ended up with 560 ml silicone round unders and I am in love with the results. I only wanted to be a D cup and dr agullo told me if I went larger than 560 he couldn't promise I would be just a D. My husband also cut me off at 560ml. I am now a 36 DD-DDD. I couldn't be happier. Keep in mind I looked horrendous until 3mpo. I had huge rectangular boobs in my face. At around three months it was like they dropped overnight.

On the day of surgery it was obvious he did t know who I was. I was too nervous to care. I absolutely would prefer perfect beautiful [RS bleep] than a surgeon I have personally bonded with ( I never thought I would have said this). The day of surgery was great. Super efficient. I was in OR asleep wishin 60 minutes of walking into his office.
