After carful consideration I did a lot of research and decided to have a lower body lift and my arms done. Went through other patients who had this done and watched their videos on You Tube. I feel like a whole new person. The surgery went very well with very little pain. The healing process was long but worth it.

The pros out way the cons, there was 15lbs of excess skin removed. I choose the Lower body lift, and the Brachioplasty. This was an extensive surgery and has taken me 6 months to recover. For me I would say the hardest was my arms, the incisions in my armpits came open and it took a while to heal. As far as the tummy tuck it was the easiest very little pain and fast recovery. One of the incisions on my side came open, was not painful just had to have the doctor sew it back up. My back side still has a tiny, tiny little open spot right in the crack that is still healing, but I love my butt. The doctor made a butt out of the flap over. It is magnificent and I would do that part all over again. Like I said before this is a long healing process and you have to be prepared to limit much of you activity for months. I think the younger you are the easier the healing process would be.
