WORTH IT
So glad I got the hernia repaired. It was traumatic but worth it. I finally have my confidence in working out again. I'm seeing results. I'm feeling results. I'm motivated to eat right again, and I'm only moving forward. I don't expect perfection but I'm striving for excellence.

Only 4 years after op

Wow, I apologize for not updating in so long! I had a hard time accepting the results I got and didn't want to show pics... I should have! I lost them now. Anyway, I was unhappy with my results. Hope the lady who was going to same Dr didn't go through. I did alot of research on my procedure and the main reason I picked this particular one Was so I would have MINIMAL scaring. I was left with 21 hole scars! I thought it was only going to be one or max 3 holes! I've got burn scars from the inside and hard tissue left under my skin. Was it worth it? No. I would not go to the same Dr and wish I had splurged and traveled to get it done. I can definitely not wear a bikini ever. I basically got discouraged and stopped working out. Well, update to life now, I have a baby. During pregnancy I got an umbilical hernia which I'm getting surgery for end of August. Got the stretch marks ontop of the 21 spots around my abdomin. I've accepted that I won't wear a bikini and maybe I'm too old to be in one anyway. I'm hoping my stomach will be normal shaped anyway after this next surgery. This time I won't get all depressed and discouraged to go back to the gym. Im gonna start fresh and get back to healthy again. I'll post my pic now and definitely post my after umbilical surgery picture. I havn't seen any that are shaped like mine so there might be someone that will need these pics. Sorry for not posting my previous surgery pics.

2nd procedure to complete sides today

Today I'm going in for the second half of my procedure. Really hope it's not as painful last time. And can't wait for it to be done and thinking I'm cray for doing it but it's already been worth it so far. i have lots of lumps and bumps but i was swollen and bruised for the first 3 weeks so i couldn't touch it. Just started messaging them this week. Does anyone know how long it will take for them to go away once can start messaging again? I will post pics from the first month as well once I learn how as well. I didnt get a Chace to get pics last night.

Good luck, and happy continued healing to you.

Have you attempted to post pictures and it hasn't worked for you?  I can try to walk you through it, but I need to know what kind of device you're using :).  When you feel well enough, just let me know!

Good luck, and happy continued healing to you. I wish when you feels OK please post pictures - i was telling my co-workers about what I read here and really some of them they like to see the results because they thinking to go to same Dr, so please post pictures asap. Thanks xoxoxo
