My nose had been broken over 20 years ago for the first time and then again in college. It was crooked, and I couldn't breath at all out of one side. My nose was long and the tip was bulky. I had septoplasty and rhinoplasty done.. along with a couple of other procedures. I couldn't be happier with the results. I posted several pictures, but I wanted to make sure that it was plain to see how well my nose was reconstructed by Dr. Wayne. He does amazing work.

well I went to see a surgeon and my nose is similar to yours what you had and I have been told that my skin is too thin and too much cartilage on my tip to make any improvement so i am upset and thinking about getting a second opinion with another surgeon.
Tell us all you had done! Did you also get brow and or eye lift too? You look great!
I had a neck lift and also fat injections around my mouth, under my eyes, and also in my chin. The total cost for everything was probably close to $15-16K... I'm certain the nose surgeries were around $5K of that amount.
