After reading good reviews online, I decided to set up a consultation with Dr. Andrew Miller at his Edison, NJ office. The staff is extremely professional from the moment you walk in. Dr. Miller was very welcoming and walked me through the procedure step by step. He showed me pictures of prior patients he has done the surgery on, explained exactly what I should expect on the day of surgery as well as post-op instructions. He understood what I wanted and made sure all of my questions were answered. It was a very comfortable conversation (never felt like a rushed consultation), and I knew that I wanted him to do my otoplasty. On the day of surgery, everything went smoother than I had imagined. Dr. Miller explained everything one more time and made me feel very comfortable. The post-op recovery went exactly as he explained. Dr. Miller called me one or two days after the surgery to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the results! He truly is a professional, talented, and caring surgeon. I am so glad I chose Dr. Miller!
