I made the mistake of going to Dr. Andrew Miller for my rhinoplasty. My nose is completely uneven bumpy, and I have difficulty breathing which I did not have prior to my surgery. I have people tell me that it is very clear that my nose is not natural due to the unnatural way it zig zags across the middle of my face.

I read reviews prior to choosing Dr. Miller and there were a few that mentioned that he does not acknowledge clear imperfections in his work and instead blames the patient for being paranoid or patient. Well it is now over a year after my surgery and I very clearly have an uneven knows which looks different from either side. I made the mistake of ignoring those reviews and going with the majority good reviews which I later Learned were probably forced reviews since he made me write a review for him while he was in the room with me. He hardly spend 10 minutes with you and during the appointment tells you there's nothing wrong when it is clearly uneven. I used to be able to breathe perfectly from my nose and now I cannot since he made it crooked and refuses to acknowledge it. Save yourself alot of heartache and stay away.

Oh no. I'm so terribly sorry to hear this. Did your discuss your concerns with the surgeon?
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with him. How did your surgeon handle your complaints? I hope he treats you with respect and dignity - and I hope he refunds your money.
We are never satisfied when a patient is unhappy. The goal of rhinoplasty is not to have a "perfect" nose, but instead to have a nice improvement that looks natural. Even movie stars often have one side that looks better than the other as they say "get me from my good side." The healing process can always result in things that are less than perfect, but the key is to follow up to see what additional things can be done to make it better. We often have to wait a year for the swelling to go down so the nose can be properly assessed. There are some simple things that can be done in the office that may make a significant difference including filling irregularities and filing down small bumps. These small procedures are usually done free of charge, so just call to make an appointment and I would be happy to see what can be done.

Also, we would never "force" anyone to write a review. Reviews written in the office would get flagged and deleted because they would all have the same IP address. We are grateful to all of our patients that spend their valuable time writing reviews.
He did not do a good job on your nose and he needs to offer a free revision or refund your money. You shouldn’t have had to pay for a crooked nose and breathing problems, he cane to our review to comment because he knows he’s a fault. I’m sorry you had to go though such a traumatizing experience. I hope that he refunded your money so you can get a revision from a doctor who is skilled in the areas you need fixed.
