Dr. Ayala is nothing short of SPECTACULAR with a beautiful demeanor and a lovely bedside manner. He is extremely patient, very professional and knowledgeable in his field of medicine. If I had any questions or concerns, he was quick to answer them. Dr. Ayala was very thorough as explained the process of my nasal reconstruction and rhinoplasty. He described how he would perform the surgery, how long the procedure was anticipated to take and how to care for the surgery afterwards. He visited with me prior to the surgery to again answer any questions, to ease concerns. He ensured I had any medication readily available to take home with me after the procedure. Who wants to go to the pharmacy when they've just had surgery, right? After the surgery, the doctor himself called to ask how I was doing. He put my mind at ease. Very comforting. His staff of assistants were amazing, quick to schedule appointments, verify insurance information. The staff went above and beyond for me. Their patience, I'm sure was tested, since they had to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and my private insurance for procedures and approvals, but not one of them complained. Dr. Ayala's staff maintained communication with me before and after; in my opinion, that epitomizes customer service and patient care. (Kari and Araceli are invaluable assets to Dr. Ayala's office, I look forward to seeing them. I know they will handle my insurance claims where I have minimum to no issues at my check out). My recovery has been wonderful, overall. I have followed all of his recommendations, am seeing result and absolutely LOVING it. Mind you, I was not looking for anything major, just a subtle change to soften my appearance and it has. I highly recommend Dr. Ayala for all ENT and facial plastic surgery procedures. Am looking forward to visiting his office for facials and other face skin rejuvenating procedures and products. Will post before and after pics soon enough.
