Day 5 Pic

Tummy and boobs are still swollen. Here's a pic of me after a good bath. It feels so good not wearing the compression garment for a short period of time. I noticed that the top part of my belly button is slightly bigger. My tummy is still not as flat as I wanted. Is this normal? Maybe because it's still swollen.

That's totally normal. My boobs swelling didn't go down till 3 months after surgery

That's good to know. My tummy is not as flat too. I read that it will take at least 3 months to see the result.

Day 5

RGVmom
Pain is minimal. I've been trying to walk at least 3 times a day. I'm still taking my antibiotics regularly but I quit taking the valium since yesterday. I only took benadryl and advil last night. I haven't taking any pain medication right now, just the antibiotics. Everything looks nice. My side boobs are a little sore. I don't know if this is normal. My tummy tuck didn't bother me at all. Hopefully the pain will disappear permanently because I plan to go to work on March 28.

I'm glad you're not in pain anymore. It's normal to be sore up to a month after your surgery. Remember that it's not just a little cut that they made. Keep us posted!

I'm feeling better but still sore. I actually got time to take a picture of my boobs. I have a little bruising maybe from the compression garment. Other than that, every thing is fine.My boobs needs to drop. They said I have to wear the white strap thing in order to help my boob drop .

Omg you look real good! Yeah I had to wear that band for 2 weeks but I really only wore it for one lol I didn't like it

It doesn't hurt as bad anymore. The compression garment hurts worse. I guess I need it to keep my tummy muscle intact. When I saw my tummy 2 days ago it was still swollen. They said my belly button looks nice. I can't wait to remove the compression garment and band. They are so uncomfortable.
