Bruising a lot better. Swelling bad. It's hard to follow the 16 oz of water a day and very low sodium diet. Have had two lympotic massages they really help

It's 2 liters of fluid a day
That's not bad. Just try to get a 500ml glass and drink it all at once several times a day. I also noticed that I also drink more water when it's at room temperature so that may help. By the way where did you get the lymphatic massages at and how much was it?
My roommate does then luckily because it was expensive. Ya unless i heard wrong, she said 16oz of water a day

Luckily my roommate has his message certificate , but if you have a massage envy membership they have staff that know how to do it. Was 127 after tip when i went through my surgeons office which i can't afford
Hi. Have u by any chance weighed yourself? I know they dsnt recommend it but I'm trying to see if anyone else has gained a lot of swelling weight.
One week post up i weighed the same, before one week i weighed more tho.
What are your measurements now compared to before? Also how do you sleep and seat? Has it been hard?

So I'm going in tomorrow to see if my garmet is too tight and to ask about massage and other questions. Very happy with look.
