The reason I had the surgery was because my ankles were extremely thick for someone of my height, activity, and weight. I'm 5'4 124lbs and I work out 4 days a week. I have struggled with this issue my whole life. I didn't wear shorts, short dresses or skirts for over 15 years because I was so embarrassed by them. I read many reviews online about the surgery and then did my homework on a good surgeon. That's how I found dr. Deboni. The surgery, to me, was easy. And I've never had surgery before. I woke up in minimal pain, walked to the bathroom almost immediately after I got into the recovery room. That was a little tough but I expected it to be worse. When I got home I got into bed, put my feet up on pillows above my heart (where they should be), and rested. I did that the whole weekend from fri-mon. I never needed assistance for anything. And made it a point to get up every hour and walk. The first few days it was more uncomfortable than painful. It just felt like the worst work out pain ever. But it was manageable. I was driving by Monday, with caution. I think my best advice to anyone would be is to have your dr get you the "Marena" leggings (2pair so you can wash them and have an extra on hand), where them 24/7. And have your feet up as much as possible. I slept the first week with my feet up. And then following next few weeks I kept them up whenever I could. But I was working and i could only do that when I got home. I went back to work 6 days after my surgery. I thought that time frame was perfect. And I just started working out this week (just a little over a month after surgery). My results are fantastic. I will share them as soon as I receive my before and after a from my dr. They should be sending them soon. I'm shocked that my ankles look as good as they do and they are still swollen.

Wow I'm so glad you posted some pics- I can really see the difference. Your calves look great- congrats!
You are using trick photography to make the results look better than they are.
Ladies, take a closer look at the photos, specifically the baseboards, carpet pattern and her legs, toes, feet etc.
