Hi all,
I have been meaning to write this post for a while, so hear it goes..….
I always had good size breasts either 34DD or 32E, but through yoyo dieting and exercising they lost all the fullness and shape. So from the age of 29 I was left with empty, saggy, misshaped breasts! I used to hate going on holiday, getting unchanged in the gym, and most importantly, I hated getting naked in front of my boyfriend (Not good).
Through this journey my BF has bee so supportive - He really didn’t want me to go through with the operation because of the risks and he loved me just the way I was, but after many tearful conversation I decided that I was going to have the operation as I really hated the way I looked and it was making me feel miserable.
So by the age of 30 I started to look for the right surgeon...
I went to many consultations and didn’t really feel like I was happy with any of them - Harley Medical Group, Transform, MYA & THG - They were all much of a muchness. Through a friend of a friend, I was told that Mario Russo at the Hospital Group was good, so I made an appointment to see him - What a mistake - I had to wait 1.5 hours to see him as the reception staff booked too many people in and Mr Russo seemed more interested in himself than me, he didn’t explain much and I felt like the whole consultation was a hindrance to him. He recommend that I have a lift with a 450cc HP implants, over the muscle. I am pleased I never went with with THG/Mario Russo as I would of looked ridiculous with implants over the muscle as my skin was quite thin and the 450cc would have been far to big!! I have 300cc HP implants and I am measuring at 32G!!! Yes a 32G! God knows what size I would have been if I had the 450cc. Plus after lots of research and reviews on the web, I wanted to go with an approved BAAPs & BAPRAS surgeon.
So after another bad consultation in London, I decided to see if there was any good hospitals on my doorstep - I really didn't think there would be! I typed in Plastic Surgery in the East Grinstead area and I couldn’t believe it - I had the Mcindoe hospital on my doorstep. I looked at all the surgeons and read through all the CVs & Bios and then decided after reading though all the reviews that Mark Pacifico seemed to be the surgeon who could help me.
Mr Pacifico’s website and the RealSelf website also reassured me with all the reviews. I called the McIndoe hospital to make an appointment and was booked to see Mr Pacifico within a week - I really hoped that Mr Pacifico was going to be as good in person as on paper!
So the day of my consultation came, my BF and I could not have been more pleased!! Finally, I had found my surgeon - Mr Marc Pacifico! Mr Pacifico was professional, friendly, kind, caring, and he explained everything and I mean everything. My BF and I came away feeling reassured that Mr Pacifico was the right Surgeon for me. I had another follow up appointment with Mr Pacifico to try on sizers and go through any other questions and concerns.
I decided to have 300cc hp textured, Nagor, Impleo implants. I did ask for slightly bigger size of 325cc but Mr Pacifico said 300cc was the largest he was preparred to use, and I am really glad I listen because they are plenty big enough. perfect size :)
So the day of surgery came - From arriving to leaving the McIndoe Centre I was treated with a high level of care. Every member of staff was amazing, especially the nurses on the run up to my surgery making sure I was comfy in my room. The anaesthetist nurses were great making me feel relaxed and making me laugh to keep me calm before before the general anaesthetic. And Mr Pacifico came to check on me before surgery to through any last minute questions and concerns and also the following day.
So I am now four and a half months post surgery and I am feeling great! My new boobies are fantastic and the scars are healing really well. I really can’t tell you how happy I am with the result. I have attached some pictures for you to look at :o)

Thank you for sharing your story. I am thinking to go ahead with Marc Pacifico and looking for reviews and comments.
I have made appointment 6 weeks from now but have not received email to confirm my appointment or my payment, which I made over the phone. Just wanted to know if Purity Bridge can be trusted?

I had my surgery with Marc Pacifiico through the McIndoe Centre a private Hospital in East Grinstead. They were fab. Purity Bridge is Marc's surgery in Tunbridge Wells - Purity Bridge is a very good hospital too. I would call his PA and find out why you have not received confirmation. I have her email address if you would like it. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns as I know what it's like on the run up to surgery :)
