I have always had small breasts and although I always wished I was bigger, it didn't bother me hugely.
This all changed after having my three children and breastfeeding, which left me with a very deflated 34A. In fact the turning point was buying a 34AA online (hard to find) And this being too big. My clothes and swimwear weren't looking great from my flat chest and this started to make me wish for a more womanly figure.
Luckily my partner was very supportive although also stressing I didn't need this. My sister had a BA 15 years ago so completely understood - we are a flat chested family!
I chose Paul Banwell after much research online and he has been wonderful so far. He likes to see you multiple times to allow you space to make the right decision on sizing. I chose 295 cc round which he told me would be a prefect fit and give me the natural result I wanted.
I am now one day post op and the whole process has been very straightforward with minimal discomfort so far, although I know this may change!
The size looks perfect on me and I can't wait for them to drop and soften.
I had my surgery at the McIndoe Centre and all the staff here are lovely and very attentive.
Very, very pleased with how everything has gone so far.

Day two - so stiff and sickness
miss_kitty77October 31, 2015
I'm staying with my mum for a few days to recover after being discharged last night. Felt great in the hospital but pain and stiffness has really kicked in now. I'm only taking paracetamol and ibuprofen so wondering if I should ask about cocodamol - if anyone reading this has any advice I would love to hear from them?
I've also been pretty sick so feeling a bit sorry for myself.
Still pleased with my look - can hardly tell in clothes though which I'm not sure about but know it's very early days and they will change loads.

I'm over two weeks po and still have swollen, hard boobies (unders) but icing them really does help. One side is more painful than the other (right side which I use more). You can probably get the stronger pain relief but I think you can only take it for 3 days. I made sure I took my paracetamol on time, every time - regardless of whether I needed it. Happy healing :) xxxx

Thank you! Have started cocodamol which is helping! Can't wait for them to soften. You look fabulous, hope you carry on healing well [RS bleep]

Day 3: Pain fine but feeling yucky
miss_kitty77November 1, 2015
I was expecting today to be the worst but not too bad so far, have been outside for the first time for a walk which was amazing!
Boobs still hard with engorged feeling but not too painful thankfully. I just feel nauseous all the time which must be the antibiotics.
Took some codeine first thing but just paracetamol for second dose and that seems fine.
Swapped sports bra for a cotton rich surgical one and that feels lovely.
Hope anyone reading this is doing well x
