I was 20 at the time of surgery and now 21.
I went from a 36A cup to 34DD
Surgery was undertaken at the Mcindoe Surgical Centre in East Grinstead, UK.
I had drains in each breast.
My surgeon was Mr Paul Banwell one of the countries leading top 100 doctors and plastic surgeons!

Oh my, I can't believe that today is 1 year since my operation. I have NO REGRETS at all with my decision and feel happier then ever!

Its a very emotional day for me - because this time last year was the day that has changed my life for the better.

CONFIDENCE and HAPPINESS is just many of the ways that surgery has changed me as a person!

I used to be embarrassed of my body before - previously I spoke about my Polycystic Ovaarian Syndrome and Hormone Imbalances and that really effected my confidence with the effects it has to your body. So having this surgery has really lifted me.

One question I have been asked a few times is whether I would go any bigger and my honest answer - I'm extremely happy with the size I am I went for the smaller implants knowing that I can always go bigger if I'm unhappy. I feel that the size I chose is perfect for my frame and I feel in proportion to myself. When I have them replaced I would possibly consider going a tiny little bit bigger but, I didn't get my breasts done for them to be Huge and fake so going from a 345cc I would only consider going up to the maximum of 400CC!

Hello all you lovely real self ladies!!!
Sorry I haven't updated for a little while I have been on holiday in sunny Turkey with my new assets for the first time.

I was very careful with my scars when abroad as I didn't want to do anything that would damage them. So my week consisted of sunning by the pool and sea and a one day trip to a waterpark still not overdoing it. (I have read reviews where people have tested their incisions after 10 weeks post op and I'm currently almost 9 weeks).

I made sure that I brought bikinis that perfectly covered the scar so that the sun wasn't affecting it in anyway. I also put some silicone scar serum on in the morning along with a factor 50 in that area just as a precaution and in the evening I moisturised and massaged the area.

While away I wore my sports bra on the way out and when I went to bed every night as at the time I was a few days befor 8 weeks. In the daytime I wore bikinis and in the evening bras.

Overall I have had no problems with my boobies at all and they have definitely made me so much more confident in myself and in a bikini now. Nope bring on September for the next holiday!

Il post a few photos of me on holiday with the new boobies and a few of my actual boobs on show. I even wore tops that I went braless in. Never was I ever able to do that before as I couldn't hold one up.
