Tomorrow I will be having my breast augmentation with Dr Doyle. This is something I have wanted to do for 20+ years and have finally decided to go for it.I had my consultation a few weeks ago to discuss my expectations and goals. I have always been small chested with a 34 A and have noticed a decrease in fullness and tone since hitting my 40's. I am looking for an increase in size and a fullness that is natural looking and proportional to my height and weight. After trying on the sizers in the office we agreed that the 300cc-325cc looked best for my frame without making me feel too busty. Dr Doyle will be using Sientra smooth moderate profile implants. She will be placing them in a sub glandular position. I am very excited!

Everything went well and I am home and resting. I ended up having a 305cc implant placed into my left breast and the 325cc into my right for the best symmetry. I had 3D imaging in the office yesterday and was able to actually see what my implants would look like. It was pretty awesome and helped alleviate the fears that I had of going too big. I'm 5'7" and 138 lbs and they looked great. As far as discomfort I am pretty uncomfortable at the moment but not in too much pain.Everything is sore and tight currently. I have a perocet Rx and that helped take the edge off. Mostly worried about sleeping tonight and having to stay on my back. I feel a bit dizzy/woozy still from anesthesia and have resigned myself to the couch for the rest of the day.
