Otoplasty Keloid Scar Correction

Hi, I am searching for a highly qualified plastic surgeon to please help my 16 year old son who had Otoplasty surgery 4 years ago and has been left with terrible keloid scars on both ears. I took him to a different surgeon to correct and they said they would not touch it until he’s older past puberty stage.
Really want to fix this for him as soon as possible as it’s ruining his self esteem. Thank you
