Top Class Surgeon in a Top Class Central London Location, with a Bedside Manner Second to None

Really wish my family & I had found this wonderful 5 star, world class surgeon years ago. I suffered with disfiguring keloid scarring on both ears & was repeatedly turned down by the nhs for treatment over many years, I felt my personal life was over tbh.
Paying for private healthcare was not really realistic for me especially as I was a nervous patient wanting general anaesthetic but from the start Mr Joshi was so kind, genuine, caring & compassionate, sharing all my concerns even regarding cost. Jackie as the first point of contact was great too, I am very grateful.
The level & continuity of care is outstanding throughout. Mr Joshi had all the time in the world for me- he's a top class surgeon in a top class central London location, with a bedside manner second to none. Results are fantastic & my confidence restored, I feel very lucky to have had the most positive healthcare experience I could have hoped for. I am not at all surprised that his patients all feel the same way, I would recommend to anyone.
