Fantastic Surgeon, Amazing Results

We were referred to Dr Lotz for my sons Otoplasty and could not be happier with the result and experience. Dr Lotz has a wonderful bedside manner. He took a real interest in my son and after the first consultation he felt confident that Dr Lotz would be the right Dr to perform this surgery. Post op my son experienced more discomfort than usual and I was very appreciative for the attentive way in which this was handled by both Dr Lotz, his receptionists and his anaesthetist.
