Before discovering Dr Lotz I found a surgeon offering non surgical ear pinning at a cost of $3,000.00. That procedure looked good for about three weeks before the sutures started to loosen, by three months it was back to normal (a complete waste of money). Having been self conscious about my ears all of my life, Dr Lotz's 'ear height reduction' procedure has created a totally natural and normal look - worth every single cent! I wish I knew about his services years ago. 5 stars & highly recommended.

I recently was very fortunate to have my eyelids done with Dr Lotz. My vision was beginning to become impaired with overhanging lids. Dr Lotz did my tummy tuck and muscle repair 4.5 months ago and I am beyond happy with the results. The entire hospital stay/surgery was absolutely faultless and the before and after care efficient and uneventful! He was very attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. I saw Nicholas Lotz in late 2015, at the age of 54. I talked to him about a neck lift and upper blepharoplasty. He encouraged me to reconsider my plans, and postpone them for 12 months or so. I met with him again early this year and we agreed to proceed with the 2 procedures. Nicholas explained the procedure thoroughly and I arrived at the hospital feeling anxious but informed. All the nursing staff commented that I was in the 'the best hands'. The recovery was much less difficult than I anticipated, although not necessarily a breeze. I'm now almost 12 weeks post-op and I'm very happy. I can see that there is still some settling that needs to happen but I'm patient and will allow the full results to appear over the next 2-3 months. The thing that was of utmost importance for me was that my surgery would be imperceptible to others. Not even my best friend of 35 years picked it. She simply said 'You look so well!'. If you've ever been through a Rhinoplasty procedure you know how stressful it can be. However, after that first experience I was still unhappy with the results. Deciding to go in again was a decision I did not make lightly. I had a lot of anxiety after my first procedure and I wanted the best of the best the second time around. After much research and uncertainty I was recommended to Dr Nicholas Lotz. Friendly, supportive and understanding are three words I would use to describe Dr Lotz as a surgeon. He listened to absolutely everything I had to say, understood the look that I wanted to achieve perfectly and carried out the procedure with ease. Corrective surgery is, of course, a lot more difficult than your standard rhinoplasty. I had already been rejected by a surgeon due to the complexity of the procedure but Dr Lotz took on the challenge and reassured me of his capabilities every step of the way. Now, two months post-surgery, when I look at my nose, it is in every way exactly what I described to him during our first consultation. My only regret is that I did not go to Dr lotz when I first started to consider rhinoplasty four years ago. I would highly recommend Dr Lotz in every way for rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty.
