We were referred to Dr Lotz for my sons Otoplasty and could not be happier with the result and experience. Dr Lotz has a wonderful bedside manner. Before discovering Dr Lotz I found a surgeon offering non surgical ear pinning at a cost of $3,000.00. That procedure looked good for about three weeks before the sutures started to loosen, by three months it was back to normal (a complete waste of money). Having been self conscious about my ears all of my life, Dr Lotz's 'ear height reduction' procedure has created a totally natural and normal look - worth every single cent! I wish I knew about his services years ago. 5 stars & highly recommended.

I recently was very fortunate to have my eyelids done with Dr Lotz. My vision was beginning to become impaired with overhanging lids. Dr Lotz did my tummy tuck and muscle repair 4.5 months ago and I am beyond happy with the results. I saw Nicholas Lotz in late 2015, at the age of 54. I talked to him about a neck lift and upper blepharoplasty. He encouraged me to reconsider my plans, and postpone them for 12 months or so. I met with him again early this year and we agreed to proceed with the 2 procedures. Nicholas explained the procedure thoroughly and I arrived at the hospital feeling anxious but informed. All the nursing staff commented that I was in the 'the best hands'. The recovery was much less difficult than I anticipated, although not necessarily a breeze. I'm now almost 12 weeks post-op and I'm very happy. I can see that there is still some settling that needs to happen but I'm patient and will allow the full results to appear over the next 2-3 months. The thing that was of utmost importance for me was that my surgery would be imperceptible to others. Not even my best friend of 35 years picked it. She simply said 'You look so well!'.
