Amazing Experience from Consultation All the Way Through to Post Surgery!

I had ear pinning/otoplasty with Dr Prashant who was amazing and I could not recommend enough! From the consultation experience he explained everything clearly, eased any fears I had and made sure I had a realistic expectation for my results.
The surgery day was a nervous day for me but the whole team eased any fears I had, pain was managed well and the whole experience was as easy as could be.
Post surgery the doctor made sure he was available at all hours making sure I was okay and if I had any concerns I knew I could make contact at any time which really helped. Post surgery check ups were regular and I felt supported at all points.
My results have changed my life! It was a surgery I had wanted for a long time. I wanted to do my research and make sure I went with a surgeon who I trusted and that was Dr Prashant. I can now leave the house without anxiety about my ears, I can be spontaneous, engage with people and just live life. I even managed to get a new job thanks to the new confidence and that’s all thanks to Dr Prashant and his amazing team!
