Not Skilled at Understanding and Delivering What Patients Need
Personable but did not do the plastic surgery in the way we had agreed. The result is that, whilst not doubting his expertise as a surgeon, my outcome is not at all satisfactory, which is very upsetting for elective, private surgery.
