Do You Know Where Your Money is Going?

Please read if you’re considering this med spa. I tipped nurse injectors for over 2 years, not knowing nurses aren’t supposed to accept tips. No one ever told me, and they took my money without hesitation. Later I found out all tips go directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, who is not a medical professional, and he claims to “redistribute” them to staff, including nurses. This is extremely unethical and misleading. When I posted an honest review sharing my experience, Ryan contacted me directly and tried to pressure me into deleting it, even offering a refund only if I took my review down. I refused. That says everything.

Be warned, this business lacks transparency, integrity, and professionalism. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.
