Dr. Chiang is very professional and caring. Patient satisfaction is very important to her. She is very personable and always educated me on the procedures as well as the expected results. Dr. Chiang insured my comfort level throughout the procedures. She believes in treating every patient with respect and values your opinion and listens to your concerns. After each treatment I always received a follow up call or text to check on my progress or to address any discomfort. The staff is amazing very attentive and always greats you with a smile as soon as you arrive. There is also a mini bar with light snacks,water, coffee and tea to make your experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr.Chiang and her staff to address any services offered by her practice.
