Don’t Waste Your Time - So Unprofessional

I booked and paid a deposit for an , and the morning of (after I had already left to drive over three hours!), they told me they gave my appointment to someone else. Blamed it on a glitch in their system; if that’s the case then why not explain to your other client that her appointment was in fact the one that wasn’t available, and be understanding of the fact that I was driving from over three hours away? Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional business.
