Opus Plasma is a Waste of Time and Money

I had 2 treatments by Gina Kaufman at Solstice Medspa - one full face and one around my mouth. I saw no results and followed up with 5 emails and one voice mail - I even contacted Alma and asked Harris, the Regional Director for Alma. It was only after I posted a negative review on Google that she bothered to respond to me and sent me a canned response. Save your money and spend it on another procedure. Be aware there is considerable redness and swelling - I had 5 full days of downtime with each treatment and had to take time off work.

They gave my appointment to someone else

I booked and paid a deposit for an , and the morning of (after I had already left to drive over three hours!), they told me they gave my appointment to someone else. Blamed it on a glitch in their system; if that’s the case then why not explain to your other client that her appointment was in fact the one that wasn’t available, and be understanding of the fact that I was driving from over three hours away? Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional business.
