7 months after my partial neck lift, there is some improvement but still very lumpy. My doctor has suggested skin tightening by heating the neck area, but after three treatment still no improvements. I hope this gets better.

Hi. Thanks for sharing your progress. Looking at your 'before' pics to the current ones, there's definitely a lot of improvement. You can still see some lumpiness however it's still a big improvement and hopefully it will continue to improve. Have you considered a cold laser? My cosmetic doctor uses it for certain conditions, might be worth asking your doctor about. Good luck in the future.

I would definitely consider an actual neck lift - liposuction of the neck area will leave saggy skin as the skin in this location isn't as resilient to "snapping back". You do show a difference in volume. It concerns me as to how large your chin incision was - I've never seen an "under chin" incision that looked like that. In all honesty, I think that researching a more experienced surgeon would be the MOST beneficial to you. Heat/cold therapy will not remove those lumps, the skin is just too delicate ❤️

My wife had this procedure done in Tampa and got amazing results! I watched the transformation over a couple months! Double, triple chin to no sag.

I forgot to post about Dr. Saldana. He and his nurse have been the most kind caring caregivers they can be. They have both went out of their way to see me in the office on a spur of the moment when needed. They are very encouraging and have answered my phone calls promptly when I call with questions. They are a good team.

Well it certainly it has been a struggle. I had my surgery one month ago. I had a mini neck lift and a little lipo out of my cheeks. It has been a battle. The first few days I slept a lot, not much pain, but the pain pills made me very tired the next few days the pain pills had the opposite effect on me and instead of being tired I could not sleep. I was begging to fall asleep but just could not. Therefore I had to stop the pain pills and just go with Tylenol. The I started retaining plasma under my chin and had to go in almost every other day and have it suctioned out. Now I am dealing with a lumpy wrinkly neck. My doctor has tried to assure me this will go away with time. It seems like it is taking forever to see results. I did a lot of research and knew going into this I may not come out with the perfect profile I wanted and that it would take time to heal. I have been instructed to keep massaging the area every day. I also have two small scars on the sides of my mouth from the liposuction. I go in next week for a laser treatment which should help with the scarring. I think I am so used to having that sagging neck that I cannot see much improvement at this point. It is also mentally exhausting to wake up one day and feel my neck looks great and the next more bulging and wrinkles as it heals. Oh well, I have to be patient! I have attached some pics of the process from before to three days after, to three weeks and lastly at month recovery.

How are you doing now?

It is 7 months later, and still very lumpy. I must say not very happy with my results. My doctor is paying for skin tightening tho, by heating the neck area. I have had three so far and not much improvement. My neck just does want to tighten up! Some days it looks better than others.
