Hello I'm a mother of 3, 39 year old black female. I have had a weight issue every since baby number 2. I have lost weight gained it back, did I say lost weight gain it back well multiple that times 5!!!! lol. This time is different I decided I'm going to lose the weight and keep it off. I'm having a tummy tuck to help enhance the hard work.
I weight 187 pounds and my plans are to be under 170. I know thats just 17 pounds and with the help of Insanity I will lose that no problem.
Just like most if you I stalk this site daily.
I decided on a doctor Dr Davoudi @ Atl Ga. Had my consult and locked in my date. I am happy to share in on this life changing experience with you here on RS..

It's best to drop the weight before the tummy tuck so that you have ultimate results. Looking forward to riding this journey with you.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery. I'm going with Dr. Davoudi as well. My surgery isn't until December so I'm trying to be patient. I look forward to your updates and pics.

Thank you Hun!! Girl I am so excited I am counting down days. I truly wish that I could have scheduled it earlier than Sept. But that was best time for my family life and job. I feel like we made a very good choice with going to Dr Davoudi. I promise to post so many pics you might say ok that enough now heifer!! : ) I can't wait to see your pics as well. And don't worry time will go by super fast. IT'S ALREADY JUNE and the year just began. At least that's what I keep telling myself!! LOL
