So I'm pretty much back at it. Back at the gym, still restricted at something's, I did a good bit of heavy lifting before and that is not happening right now. Still feel tight in upper and, like when moving a certain way or sneezing. Had 3 month post op and he said I look good, still about 20% swollen. Look good in the am still swelling by the evening, just depending in how much activity I did thru the day. Wearing my latex binder a good bit still. Will post pics, but I think these were taken in the evening post swelling. Living the new boobs and body.

Flat in the am, still swelling thru the day. Slowly starting gym again, baby steps!

Can you post a recent pic? You're recovery looked better than some of the other ones I've seen on RS.
