36 Years Old, Mommy Makeover

I will be having full tt with muscle repair, lipo to flanks and upper epigastic, breast lift with 375cc implants placed on May 5. I am super excited, but oh sooo nervous! I have never really been put to sleep before, except for when I was 17 and had wisdom teeth removed and that's not exactly the same. Also nervous about recovery, I have just read so many different things! I had pre op done last week and do feel somewhat less nervous, I am very confident in my PS! I work out constantly with crossfit classes and weight lifting so I am hoping that that will help me in my road to recovery..I would love to hear from you ladies on any tips or recommendations for recovery. I am getting the exparel injections in my tummy area so I hope that this will help some. I will post before pics shortly!!

Forgot to mention I have lost 80 pounds over the last 4 years by eating clean and exercise. So the skin is the main reason for wanting a tt! I am up about 10 pounds right now.

Oh my nerves! I'm so excited, but still so nervous, only 4 more sleeps! Hoping when I wake from surgery I don't get sick and I'm calm and happy!! Any feedback from anyone who has had exparel? This liquid diet is for the birds, I'm hungry!!
