I'm 4"11 and had 2 big pregnancies that stretched my little body apart to the point whatever excercise I did , nothing would help with the elasticity that was lost. I am done having children & started looking into doctors. I had read so many great reviews on dr. Davoudi so I ended up consulting with him in June. I loved how personable he was and his staff. Nothing gets me going more than great customer service. Especially when they were closing and I was still there after hours. No one seemed frustrated at the million questions I had with knowing that I wanted my surgery 6 months later from the time I visited. I'm not nervous as of yet just excited. I think I'm more nervous with having to go on a 7 day liquid diet. At the moment I way 135. I haven't measured my waistline yet. I'm also getting a breast reduction/Breast lift. I wanted a breast lift but do to the fact that I do not have any breast tissue at the top of breast he has to take from the bottom which would reduce the size and then he can lift. That doesn't bother me. My husband is a butt man and I would rather have my new body not have sagging bags cascading over it. I have been following quite a few people who have recently gone to dr. Davoudi for surgery or who are scheduled. I finally realized I haven't posted anything and my countdown has begun. I will try my hardest to keep everyone updated. Will post pictures soon.

Hi there....I live in Alpharetta and I just got a TT on September 29th. My TT went well, I'm still pretty swollen but they said that was completely normal. If for whatever reason you need to reach out to me I would,be more than happy to talk!!

I appreciate you reaching out to me. How long before you were back at work or on your feet? Any advice on things I should get? Did you see dr. Davoudi as well?

Hey there! Please ask me anything, I'll share as much as you need. It honestly was a little harder then I anticipated. I had 2 c-sections and this surgery kicked my butt! Now that being said, the hardest part was the first week or so. The best advice I would say is, take your pain medication as personal prescribed. Also, get a good laxative and stool softner. Take them as soon as you start taking the pain pills. I wish someone would of told me that. I think that is why I was so uncomfortable the first week or so. You may need to ask for more then 2 weeks (if I'm remembering right). It really takes a few weeks to get back on your feet. In regards to buying anything, the only thing I wish I had was a bed that had rails to us to get in and out of bed. And I went with a surgeon that my best friend used. Her name is Dr. Asfraf, she is awesome. Let me know I'd you need anything, we're pretty close to each other if you live in Duluth.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking into a gratify chair to sleep in. I wish i could take more than 2 weeks off but just taking the 2 weeks was already pushing it at my job.

Why is he having you do a liquid diet?
December 1, 2015
I believe he makes everyone take a liquid diet so that there isn't any stool in your body when her performs surgery.

Pre-surgery appt

lovelylestage
I can't believe how close I am to getting this surgery. Today is my pre-surgery appt. I am starting to feel guilty for getting this procedure done. I feel selfish for using all this money just to make me feel better about myself. I know my mother in law is judging me for getting this done to. I tried explaining to my 6 yr old that mommy is going to go to doctors to get her belly better and he just had these tears in his eyes. I don't know I just feel awful. Anyone else feel guilty about getting their surgeries done?

I understand how you can start to feel guilty especially when your child starts getting emotional. I have a 8 year old who also got very scared and worried about what would happen to me. It is very scary but we are prepared and understand the risks and complications. Since we are prepared we know what to do to take care of ourselves. We are not going into this blindly. And the rest we put it in Gods hands and trust in him. I just feel that as mothers we always put others first. Well i would like to do something big for myself for once. We deserve it. Your child will be happy once he/ she sees how happy you are about the outcome. They are always more happier when they see us happy.

Thanks, my mother said words around the same lines and made me feel better about my guilt. I rarely do anything for myself, everything i do is for my family. So this is my one gift to myself.

Thanks for sharing. I am also having feelings of guilt for a number of reasons. 1) the $ I'm spending, 2) I should be happy just the way I am, 3) I've had lipo before.... I have only shared my surgery with two people. One person can't understand why and the other is fully supportive. I'm leaning on my supportive friend mostly and you guys on RS because I've already paid my $ and I'm not going back. :-)
December 16, 2015
Yeah a lot of people don't understand, that only makes it worse. I wish I didn't tell as many people as I did.
December 17, 2015
Don't feel quilty if you don't put yourself first who will? You are worth every penny.
December 17, 2015
Thanks Hun you are right

Yes I know how you feel. I just had a revision rinoplasty done. I would like tummy tuck next year. I can not afford any of these upgrades but I need to feel better. I also feel guilty about spending money I don't really have. No we should not feel guilty. You should have your surgery and feel good about yourself. If you feel better about yourself, you will be a better mother and wife also. You deserve it. Wendy in Boca Raton, fl
