1 month post op

Hey guys,
Today is a month since my BA.
I'm feeling awesome. I resumed pretty much all of my activities.
I'm back working out as well. Mostly lower body workouts, stair master and inclined treadmill walk. I was ststructed to wait 6 weeks before i can resume my race training. I have a 10k on 4th july, a half marathon on aug 13, another half in September and a full marathon mid October.
Girls status:
The right incision is totally healed. I started to apply scar guard. Which i bought from my PS office.
Left girl: the incision is pretty stubborn. It still open. My PS says it's healing slow but fine. Not to worry.
Settling:
Both of them are settling in pretty well. The right one; thus the incision is still open it seems to be the one that fluflier than the right one.
Pain: no pain at all at this point; however there are some discomfort sometime around the incision especially at night. Not painful enough for meds.
Next update will be at 6 weeks mark when i resume my running.
Hope this update help someone out there.

3 weeks post op

It's hard to believe that it's been 3 weeks since my surgery.
I'm feeling 100% confident with myself. I'm able to finally wear these summer dresses showing a nice cleavage.
Oh yeah and i picked up a new sport bra today by lululemon.
Their new high impact sport bra "enlist" works wonders.
Please check it out. This bra will definitely protect my investment especially when i resume running and training for my next marathon.

First day back at the gym

The pass 17 days been hard not being able to exercise. I was finally cleared friday to resume light exercise. That's exactly what i did this morning.
25 minutes stairmaster and
25 minutes on back rested stationary bike.
All went well no pain. Tomorrow will try a full hr.
