They have definitely "settled". (Aka dropped) lots of tissue on the bottom part but getting the flatter "tear drop " look on the upper side. Not super excited about that but they do push up and look nice in a bra. I'm still wearing non wire bras , which I have always preferred anyways. I've been massaging and using silicone strips on the scars. I can definitely say that a nipple revision is in my future. One is bigger and up higher than the other. I can't sleep on my side yet. I try but wake up hurting. The lipo is the biggest pain still. Not always pain but still hard under my arm pit area and my armpits are still a bit "puffy". I think I need to go get a lymphatic massage to help with that.
I have no idea what my bra size is still! Lol. I tried on a few but the sizes differ so much between brands I just bought a cute wire free Bralette instead of worrying about cup size. Definitely like how I look on clothes much better now !!

Week 7
Feeling pretty good. I think I'm about all closed up at this point. I started scar therapy this week (scar sheets ). I'm still sore and if I stretch my arms really far side to side it hurts a bit. I feel bruised on my sides still though I don't see actual bruises. Definitely on the road to recovery ! :)

I feel like I should be further along by now but I keep telling myself, that was pretty big surgery and I'm older now. :)

Yay! Recovery road is on the way back from the parties on Explant Islands! Hahaha... [RS bleep] glad to hear, yes I thought it'd be over at 4 or five weeks but apparently the healing goes on till 12 weeks then scar tissue still longer!... :0 I'm still getting twinges aches n odd sharp pains shooting thru boobs...lol it's all I can do to try not grab n rub my boob in public is discreetly hitch my bra up to tell my boob it's ok! Hahaha... But each week it gets better... And I'm so glad to see its the case for you too! [RS bleep]

I get those too. Like little zingers for no reason. I do the same thing! Sometimes I forget and go to grab and then realize I'm at the grocery store. And I'm sure the face I make is funny looking too. Hee Hee

Hahaha... It's so funny aye, tho not! Those zingers really twang n hurt!... :/ but lol... Means each time a nerves reconnected to the main board! Haha... I sometimes pretend it's an itch?!..could help?! ;)

6 weeks post op
Last of my stitches taken out and feeling good. :). Doctor suggested having an inoffice nipple fix later on. My one side is really stretched out looking. I have a few "holes" but those are closing up good. Now it's onto massaging and breaking up that scar tissue so they will even out and not look "pulled up" in the middle. I'm going to order some silicone scar sheets also.

Thank you ! They are soft and squishy everywhere except the sides. They are still a bit hard and swollen. They are tender still for sure and I still get some zingers. I am massaging them now and that seems to help. My vertical scar is hard and I'm working to break up the tissue so it won't look like so funny. Right now I feel like it's all fat in both sides of my under boob with a line drawn up the middle (like a butt). Lol. I think once I can get that done and the side swelling is down they will fall into place. I'm not sure about the nipple revision , I'm a bit nervous. I've been thru enough right now. Hee Hee. But maybe a few months down the line I'll be good with it.

Ohmygosh...laffin' about your comment saying it looked like a butt. You sound like you are doing really well though. YAY!! I have one spot on my left breast that is squishy...the rest is hard as a rock from swelling...and still very dark purple bruised. :( I am super excited for the soft squishy feeling of a healthy breast. My areola scars are light pink and hair line...I hope they stay that way. I agree with you on waiting for the revision...that sounds too stressful!

You are healing amazingly! My vertical scars are still hard at 2 months. A nipple revision sounds daunting but it will only be skin deep so not major. My nipples are driving me mad. They are not communicating - so expand and contract at different rate = most of the time different sizes. Not sure how to fix that! ;)

Thank you ! I'm a bit overwhelmed with the thought of it but we will see later on. I totally understand. My left one seems to react so much different than my right !!! Hopefully in time it will figure itself out

And yes it is scary to thing about more surgery... what if it ends up worse?!
