I have wanted fuller breast since I can remember. I weight 148lbs; 5'6..with wider hips and a small bust. My current bra size is 34B; I want a full D or Double D. My PS and I decided to go with 550cc saline implants. I actually have 460cc high profile; overfilled to 550cc. So far the recovery is going well.

550cc not too big!
I've read a lot of reviews saying they wish they had gone bigger. I didn't want that to be me so I opted for the 550cc saline. I originally wanted 500cc..and I'm glad I did. I'm 5'6 and weigh 148lbs..so at first I was thinking maybe 430cc. But then I thought why be modest. What's the biggest I would be willing to go..and 550cc it is. Plus my PS says he wouldn't recommend going bigger than 550cc because of body frame.

No bruising. .only swelling.
Still in a little pain. No bruising; only swelling. Hopefully they will drop soon.

They look amazing. I'm going for 550cc's Saline under the muscle, high profile. I'm also having a lift. Can't wait!
Congratulations! It looks like this size will fit your body frame well once you settle in a bit. Try to be patient about judging your results. It takes time for them to drop and fluff! ;)
