I bought a small squeem vest to start wearing under my clothes for when I go out my butt is getting softer each day and the bruising is almost gone I am still very swollen in my lower stomach which should get better with each massage. 2 weeks post op 3rd Massage
Hey ladies quick update so it has been 14 days since i had surgery so far my recovery has been easy except for the first week because i was really sore and stiff i was walking funny and having trouble getting comfortable when i would lay down but it has gotten way better. i had my 3rd massage today with Tiana Allen at the wellness sanctuary she is amazing she travels to your house if you are unable to go to her for an extra $20 traveling fee and has reasonable massage packages.
......Ladies please make sure you are not getting ripped off by people that claim they know how to do lymphatic massages you have to be certified and take extra courses for that if you go to anyone else make sure you ask if they are certified and if they say yes make them show you. A lot of these massage places are not certified and rip you off with lymphatic massages I went to lavida massage the first time and was ripped off the lady didn't know what she was doing and i just threw my money away ..... wasn't so happy about that...
My stomach has been smoothing out after each massage i can't tell you enough how important massages are for your recovery and results yes it is pricy but just imagine if you do not get them not worse saving a few hundreds dollars and being left with scar tissue and uneven lumpy stomach

I have been wearing my garment everyday except for when i shower i bought another garment i also use a water bottle and i cut the bottom off and use it to pee with my garment on it works great not once have i peed on myself lol i will post pictures soon let me know if you have any questions.
