Dr Jay Calvert is such an amazing Doctor. I am from Italy and read about the Bergamo Rhinoplasty course and that he is frequently attending this course. He is even doing Live surgery in front of all his colleagues who join this course from all over the world. My local ear nose and throat doctor recommended him to me as i would like to have my surgery done in the the USA because my next vacation will be there and i want to have my nose fixed during my holidays in sunny california.

Dr. Calvert is an amazing Doctor and a caring human being. He is one of the very few experts for complicated Revision Rhinoplasty. Make sure you communicate to him what you like to change and the new "look" you like to achieve. Not everything is possible with surgery but a lot and Dr. Calvert will tell you what is reasonable to expect for your surgery. You are lucky to be able to have surgery with him. Good Luck and please post pre- and post- surgery pictures.

He is a horrible surgeon. I had a revision rhinoplasty with him and he absolutely destroyed my nose AND he ripped out fat pads and tissues, etc. above my eyeball across into as far as the middle of my eyeball. My eyes are all deflated and wrinkly and you can see the shape of my eyeBALL. He left me with a rocker deformity and lumps all over my dorsum that is over-narrowed and over raised AND he shaved the sides of the bone making it more narrow than it already was with the rocker deformity. Worse, is that he verbally agreed to do what I told him I wanted, took my money, then did whatever the ____ he wanted to my face. I believe he drilled into my sinuses too. I know he widened the middle of my nose and my nose is too big for my face AND I am all hollowed out and ripped out between the eyes. He is a monster of a surgeon. I do NOT recommend him, He is rough with his hands on the face. I believe he did want he wanted because he thought I came in from out of state. Beware of this guy. In my opinion, most of these reviews for him on here are fake. Note: no photos next to these "glorious" reviews. That's because they're fake.

If anyone is interested in learning more about him, check out doctorscorecard.com and ripoffreport.com. If I had read those reviews before having surgery with him, I never would have gone to him. In my opinion, where there is smoke, there is fire. And, after what I have experienced first-hand with him including trauma of the physical damage on my face and eyes because of his horrible, overly aggressive surgical style coupled with the sneaky way he lures you in and tells you what you want to hear, it would be my recommendation NOT go have surgery with him.
