Looking swollen....take a look at pics.
Feeling sluggish and onky minor pains.
I got my first drain taken out day 7, second drain taken out day 9 and finally got to take a shower last night!!!!!
I actually weighed myself and I am down 5 lbs. the doc told me most can expect to weigh more and not be able to fit into their clothes pre-op. My clothes are a little looser and I lost a few punds so far. Aware that the weight and bloated feeling can change daily in the upcoming months.
Returning back to work on Monday. Feeling a little anxious about that. How will I make it through the day?

Hi You look great! I was wondering how you are feeling? I'm thinking of getting my tummy tuck in July andI'm nervous. I don't personally know anyone that has had it done and I'm reading allot of stuff here and it's adding to my nerves :\ I'm thinking of going with Dr. Zubrowski and so far I have not met anyone that has used him for a TT. I love to hear your opinion and experience.

Hi! I am 3 weeks post op now and am feeling 80% better. I am still a bit sore and have to take Advil here and there.
Dr. Zubowski is awesome! I was a nervous wreck too. I wasn't nervous about the actual surgery because I have had a breast reduction done by Dr.Zubowski 18 years ago. I trust him completely and know he and his staff woyld take great care of me. I was nervous about the recovery and how my husband was going to survive taking care of our 2 toddlers.
The 1st week was a bit if a blur as you will be in pain, taking pain killers around the clock and sleeping a lot. Dr.Z sent a nurse ocer to my house to check on me and change bandages 2 days after surgery. I got drains taken out 2nd week and had 3 medical massages done during the first 2 weeks (part of his package). You will have a 2 week post-op cisit with Dr. Zubowski. I go bck next week to remove surgical tape and glue from stitches. It will be 4 weeks next week.
I am dealing with some swelling and pain still but it is all worth it! So glad I decided to do it! I am so happy and my husband has been giving me compliments left and right. Will post more pics this week so you can see the results. Feel free to ask me any questions! I am glad to share any information with you!

Thanks! Pain meds help and as long as you take them around the clock, you will be ok. the first few days are hard but keep telling yourself that it is a temporary period of pain and you have a fab body ahead of you. It is about seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Good luck, and follow your heart. You deserve to be the best version of you!
Welcome to the community. How are you feeling today?
Good deal:) Try taking the Advil in the day and then the prescription meds at bedtime if needed. At least you can get a good nights sleep.
The swelling will take it's own sweet time. Avoid sodium, processed foods and soda. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
