My implants had been in place for 30 years so obviously they needed to be removed. Because I am older, I considered having them removed completely but I didn't like that idea. Looking for a plastic surgeon can be bewildering but thanks to the internet, I was able to read the experiences of others who had similar procedures done. I will never regret my decision, in large part because I choose an excellent doctor.
