After 2 kids and still looking like a boy, I figured it was time to get a breast augmentation like I've always wanted to do. I'm flat as a wall and was really nervous about going too big and looking "fake." Dr. Fryer's name came up a lot as I was researching plastic surgeons. I couldn't believe how many more positive reviews he had compared to other surgeons. I decided to go with him and I'm very glad I did. I'm one month post op and very pleased with my results. His nurses were very patient with me and gave me some good input as I was deciding which size I should choose. Dr. Fryer really put me at ease by saying that he does his measurements and wouldn't let me go too big (which was a big concern) based off of those numbers. He was also very upfront and honest about future surgeries and the results I could expect. I ended up getting 400 UHP cc under the muscle. One month post op and I'm a 36 C. I feel much more proportional (I'm 5' 8" and 140 lbs) and comfortable with my look. I can play them up or down depending on the bra. I was really uncomfortable for about a week after the surgery, but after I got the tape removed I felt much better and improved more quickly. The scars are small and even and starting to fade even now. Dr. Fryer really knew what he was talking about and put me at ease with some last minute jitters right before the surgery. My only complaint, and I'm not sure if this is even something Dr. Fryer has control over or if it's the surgery center, was the nurses right after I woke up after the surgery. I was freezing and they were too busy talking (about their own breast augmentations actually) in a circle to even notice me trying to get their attention. The kept saying how they were hoping to get out of there early for the day, and I definitely felt rushed. The wheeled me out to where my husband was waiting for the car and I could barely stand and my husband didn't even have time to shut the car door before they had run back inside before he could ask any questions. Despite the poor post op experience I'm still giving Dr. Fryer 5 stars because the results are fantastic. I was worried going with the UHP (I had to go with UHP because my chest measurements are really small) that I'd look really fake but that's not the case at all. I finally feel confident in my own skin and I'm very glad I decided to go through with the procedure with Dr. Fryer.
