Update on drainless tummy tuck

I’m 6 weeks po . I still can’t believe this is my body , after all the years of having a (man stomach beer belly ), I can finally wear a bikini ., although I’m still swollen and the mons is still swollen & hard I’m still loving my results . My P.S. did not release me at 6 weeks because I inflamed my belly button . ( My fault ) I was using alcohol on it . And that’s a No No.!! and he wants to see how the pubic area heals . My skin is discolored from bruising down there . I was told patience & time will heal it up .Is there any one out who has had the same problem of the pubic area swelling and how long will it be before it goes back down to normal?

I’m still swollen . My public area is hard and still so swollen it is disturbing . My BP is normal range now. Not needing to take my Bp meds .I don’t know if it’s because the Fat is off my stomach now or what . And my face is not Red anymore ?? Not complaining tho . blood pressure or the fact that I had a large hernia fixed . I’m curious if anyone has had this happen to them. ? I would like to know the science behind this . I still cannot fit in my next step down on compression garmet because of swelling . I’m starting to feel like this may take me longer than others to get the swelling under control . My scar & belly button are looking pretty good , no infections . The most uncomfortable part now is my Pubic . The poor thing looks like it has a jockey cup attached to it . How long does it take for that to go down ?? Ugh !
