I decided on having Tummy Tuck surgery on March 8th. I am almost 40 at 5.3 125lbs with two kids ages 6 and 10. My pregnancies resulted in a “Mom pouch” stretch marks and a minor hernia in my BB. After years of aggressively working out this was he one area I could not fix.
I was so overwhelmed with the process I forgot to take before pictures. I requested a few from PS, once I get them I will add.
Today I am 3 weeks post opp. I know I still have a long road of recovery to go so I decided to start my review now.

Muscle Tension
Today has been a great day. I woke up and all the muscle tension I had in my upper abdomen softened!!! Now I can almost stand straight! My lower abdomen is still tight and swollen but it’s way easier to manage. I am so relieved!

Puckering
It’s been 5 weeks since my surgery. Although, there has been so much improvement I can’t help but wonder will this puckering ever soften? I am so nervous/worried!
