Side by side of my one year change

WORTH IT$12,000
Here is a picture of my one year change. I am still working on myself. I want to lose 15 more pounds and tone up. I want to see the muscles I have been working for. You can start seeing the ab crease. I recently started keto to help continue my journey. I have been so confident in myself and it has been a really long time since I felt this way. I have never been happier with myself.

You look great!! He did so good!!I am going to A consultation with him next Monday . Can’t wait!
You will appreciate his bluntness and truthness. As you can see I was big before I had my surgery so he gave me realistic expectations.
Can you elaborate on how tall you are and how much you weighed at time of surgery? Your results are amazing!! It gives me hope for myself :)
This is an amazing transformation! These are fantastic before and after pictures! Thank you for sharing!
You look awesome!!
I have a question, can you tell me how tall you are and how much you weighed at the time of your surgery?
I am only 5’1”. I was 167 at time of surgery.
My stats are almost identical! I thought so because your before pictures look very much like me. My surgery is scheduled for next month. Thank you so much posting!!

one year picture progress

I feel like I didn’t even go through surgery. My body feels and looks great. I am so happy that I made the decision to do the surgery. I DO NOT regret it at all!

6 months post op

I thought I would share an update today. I am still not exactly where I want to be, but I definitely improving everyday. I am at my smallest in the morning, by the end of the day I still have swelling in my upper abdomen . I am hoping with over time that will go away. I have been moving like normal since 12 weeks post op. The first 6 weeks was the hardest, but I never regret one bit of it. I am so much happier with myself. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was for the surgery to basically give me a butt lift, but it definitely did. It’s nice to have a perkier butt! :) I will continue to add pictures as time goes on. Stay strong!!!!

You look awsome. I’ve had much plastic surgery and the surgery is a snap. The recovery is long and uncomfortable
