Dec 18/18 - TT, MR, lipo, BL, FT to breast

Before: 75 lb weight loss after two children (breast fed both). 135 lbs, Wear a 32DD bra and size 29 jeans with awful love handles (didn’t matter what size I wore, I was always yanking them up tucking my love handles and belly back in). I’ve always had large saggy breasts since I got boobs. Never got a moment of perkiness!
I’m active working out daily and eat a mostly high fat low carb diet.

I arrived at the surgery clinic for 8 am and got “before” pictures taken. The nurse was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The whole time I felt relaxed and comfortable.
I met with the anesthesiologist and Dr. Shenker and met the other operating room nurse. I went into the operating room and the nurse held my hand as a drifted away to sleep.
What felt like a second later I was drifting awake in the recovery room. What was shocking is was i was in zero pain. Everyone had told me about the awful pain but there was none. They got me a drink and a snack while we chatted.
They got me up and went to the washroom independently. I was walking well and feeling comfortable when the released me.
I stayed at the Delta in Waterloo where I binged watched some Netflix and walked laps of the halls every hour to prevent blood clots.
I was walking with ease every hour, getting in and out of bed by myself, and using the washroom independently. I had a great night sleep taking only 1 T3.
The next morning I had a follow up appointment with Lauren and was so excited to see what was under my garment. OMG I’m in love. I’m bruised to bits but my boobs are where they are supposed to be and my tummy is flat!
I went home after my appointment, went for a walk downtown and then out for lunch. That night after attending the kids Christmas celebration I had a shower which felt wonderful.

I’m having what seems to be a very easy recovery. I stopped taking T3 at 1 pm on the day after my operation (only took 4 in total) and have felt very little pain. I mostly just feel stiff, not pain. My left breast vertical incision opened a little bit on Thursday (or at least noticed it then). Lauren responded back to my email within minutes even though it was after hours. She is truly wonderful.
Still loving my boobs where they are supposed to be and my tummy. My bruising is getting worse and swelling started to pick up. My garment is tight from the swelling and cutting into my very bruised legs.
