Well as I said my old implants were 20 yrs old, and saline. My origonal plastic surgeon from tampa had since retired so I had to find another one. I'm from Orlando now and after much searching and homework Dr. Trevisani was my ultimate choice. Needless to say I am very very happy w my new breasts. I went a little bit bigger and chose silicone this time and remained over the muscle. Not just the finished product am I happy with, but him and the staff are also very nice, caring, and helpful, which to me is also important.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
