Hello cats65! Thank you so much! The entire cost was about $15,000. The surgeon’s fee was about $10,000 and the facility fee and anesthesia was about $5000. I had a high SMAS (superficial muscular aponeurotic system). I took 2 full weeks off of work. I only took pain pills for about 1 full week and then switched to ibuprofen. I’m really loving the results!
where are the incisions please? Did he say how long it would last?
There are incisions in past my hairline (not visible) just above my ear that are about an inch long. The other incisions are behind my ears and not visible now that they have healed.
I think the results last a good 10 yrs or so. I will continue doing regular Botox and laser treatments to stimulate collagen.

There was a small one that is in the front that runs from where the top of my ear meets my head and goes straight down and disappears at the inner/inside part of my ear. It healed the fastest and is not visible at all now.
How long did it take you to look presentable after the rhinoplasty/brow lift?
The brow lift was a part of my overall facelift and I took a full 2 weeks off for that, mostly because of the small scabs around my eyes from the CO2 laser. I felt like I was presentable in public (except for the small scabs) in about 9-10 days. There was still some swelling but I was presentable. One thing I was not prepared for was how difficult it was for me to chew my food for the first couple of weeks. I would advise having soft things to eat (soup, jello, pudding, applesauce, etc) for the first few days after surgery. My rhinoplasty was several years ago, so a little difficult to recall. I think the bruising around my eyes was gone in about 4-5 days and I was presentable after that. I had a relatively “easy” rhinoplasty with just a small bump and had the tip refined a bit. He also “built up” the bridge of my nose a bit.

I had the best experience with Dr. Wayne for my recent facelift. His expertise of facial symmetry combined with his surgical skill in creating a natural, youthful look using the latest techniques gave me the best results! I am 48 years old and could easily pass for my early 30's! I had a facelift with fat transfer and CO2 laser on my lower eyelids (to help with fine lines). The results were fantastic!

I forgot to mention that I also had a lateral brow lift along with the other procedures. I’m so happy with my new youthful look!
How is the healing with a lateral brow lift and are the incisions in the hairline? I have a scar revision that’s close to my hairline that needs to be moved up possibly, so I wondered if the brow lift is a better option. Dr. Wayne has a great eye for aesthetics!
The lateral brow lift is healing well. Yes, the incisions are in the hairline. I would go see Dr. Wayne and see what he thinks would work best for you. He does have a great eye for aesthetics!
I consulted him for a revision rhinoplasty 3 months ago :)
He corrected my deviated septum and did my rhinoplasty several years ago. Great results!
