Dr Gary Alter - Labiaplasty Bad Experience

Sorry I haven't been active on here lately. I've moved on with my life. I have a new boyfriend and he hasn't noticed I've had surgery. The appearance is good and there are no negative changes in sensation. My clitoris seems to sit in a flatter position which is probably better but it hasn't really made much of a difference positive or negative. I was thinking about trying fat transfer to the g spot which is advertised on Dr Gress' website. But that's sometime in the future.
Helpful things:
Dr Gress has another review here - https://www.realself.com/review/sofia-bulgaria-29-years-botched-labiaplasty-reconstruction
When I originally contacted his office their emails went to my spam folder. His staff are friendly but their English isn't the best. It was easier to communicate with them via email rather than by phone.
I stayed at an airbnb in Germany. I didn't tell the hosts what surgery I was having but it became obvious from the way I was walking afterwards so that was a bit embarrassing! You will want some privacy.
I didn't need a carer but it's helpful to have one. My airbnb hosts were helpful so you can offer a bit of money to someone to get some shopping for you. You can use food delivery apps etc.
Take an antihistamine for the itching so you can return to normality quicker. It may not work early when it is very intense but it worked very well when I started taking it after 3 weeks or so.
Yes I recommend Dr Gress he is a genuine person and I'm happy with the outcome. :)
I'll resist saying anything more about my original surgeon since this is a positive update but you can fill in the blanks.

Hello me again:) I was just wondering if you are still active here and after doing as much research as I can I think Dr Gress is who I’m most confident in consulting with, if you have any further information that my help me with your experience please could you drop me a message if you ever get time? Your review has given me hope and to be honest I am terrified to revisit all of this again but I feel like it is something I have to do! Thank you and again I’m so so pleased for you xx

Here are some more photos of my revision. It's looking better as time goes on. Regarding the itching I realised I had a yeast infection and took a medication for it. But there is still slight itching which I think is mainly because of work on the clitoral area. The stitches haven't fully dissolved yet. I've started taking a daily antihistamine which works great.
