Dr Frank Fechner is an amazing surgeon. I do my research. I always research. He's the best for facial surgery. I went to Dr Fechner in 2014 for a consultation. I had saggy skin under my chin and over my eyes. He was honest and professional. Two years later I had the surgery. One of the best decisions I have made. I plan to do a full review with pictures of the procedures. The pictures speak for themselves. The office women and Dr Fechner's assistants are friendly and down to earth. Especially Lisa, Doris, Ana and Jamie! Thank you for everything!

I want a neck lift so badly and I was considering getting a consultation with the same surgeon as you (I just got fillers at his office and they were fantastic). I saw the price you paid and nearly had a heart attack but thankfully you said you got more things done. You look absolutely fantastic! I’m so happy you posted this and I caught it so close to your surgery. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Sunshine!!! Yes i had something done to my saliva glands that dropped so that really brought the price up. I had like 4 procedures done so given that/ it wasnt too much for all that. My friend got a consultation from a Dr in Ct for a deep plane face lift- it was $35,000. So not sure why it was so much. But Dr Fechner is great and very honest. I went back and i'm like - i need something else done and he was like no you don't i don't see anything else you need:)
